Sassafras Creek

The Cafe serves modern Australian food - light lunch time fare, beautiful dinners on Friday and Saturday, delicious morning and afternoon teas and great breakfasts. The menu takes advantage of local seasonal produce such as stone fruit, figs, raspberries and apples. There are a number of seating alternatives, under the umbrellas in the front courtyard, by the fireplace in winter or on the back verandah in the late afternoon breeze.

	Spanish Tart The ever popular Spanish Tart is still with us, just as good as ever. Starting with a light puff pastry base, we top it with our renowned onion relish, goats cheese, wild rocket leaves and then drizzle it with our tantalisisng balsamic dressing.	$12.00
	Tempura Salmon A beautiful salmon fillet, lightly dipped in tempura batter, quickly deep fried and served on a Japanese style salad of cucumber and baby spinach.	$20.00
	Beef Fillet A beautiful medalion of beef fillet is char grilled and then served on a bed of braised leeks with an onion tart topped with a fennel and baby rocket salad.	$23.00
